Amelia Earthart

         Amelia Earhart was born July 24,1897.   She had one other sister named Grace. Amelia met president Hoover in 1932.  She got a tour of the White House.  Amelia  was one of the first female pilots.        

         Amelia made it to California and Hawaii but she crashed in the Alantic Ocean. She has her stone with out a body under it.  She was one of the beloved women fliers. Amelia got a American Aviation medal.

         Her husband’s name is George P. Putnam. She was very nice and cared for other people. Amelia Earhart has her own Museum.  With a ton of stuff and paintings of her and her plane.  Amelia Earhart died July2, 1937.
